Definition of Job Satisfaction. People everywhere expect to get satisfaction in every sphere of life. It is obviously natural. In the long run of life, he/she gets acquainted with many new things in the form of people, environment, job, policy, etc. They show attitudes towards these things. It can be either positive or negative.

The positive attitude shows regarding the job is termed as job satisfaction holds positive feelings about the job. While a person who is dissatisfied holds negative feelings towards the job. If employees of an organization are satisfied, they will work hard.

As a result, productivity will increase and the organization will easily achieve the desired goal. on the contrary, the dissatisfaction of workers results in failure in achieving goals. It is a great problem faced by management. Management must make sure that employees are satisfied enough towards the job. This will obviously be beneficial to the organization as a whole.

Job satisfaction is an attitude rather than a behavior. Job satisfaction is created when employees show positive attitudes towards the job. If there prevails a balance between the expectation and achievement of workers, job satisfaction is truly present, Then it will be more easy and comfortable for the organization to reach its objectives.
